During his investigation Deputy Vaughn arrested Mr. Boyette for DUI. After the arrest Deputy Vaughn located a pistol in the door of Mr. Boyette&#8217;s vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputy Vaughn later confirmed Mr. Boyette was a convicted felon with a charge of Grand Larceny out of <strong>Panola County<\/strong>.
