How does an exploding star create a black hole? Physicists recognize three varieties of neutrinos\u2014 muon, tau, and electron\u2014but neutrinos have been known to change their variety unexpectedly, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This is why we care about them: they change,&#8221; Davies said. &#8220;Imagine I give you a pint of chocolate ice cream, and you get home and its strawberry.
