Special Meeting is January 22, 2024 at 1:00\u00a0pm in the City Hall Courtroom.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Notice that certain commission members will be included in the meeting via teleconference, subject to City of Oxford Code of Ordinances Section 2-82.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pursuant to Section 21-3-21, Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated, I, Robyn Tannehill, Mayor of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, do hereby call the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of Oxford, MS, to a SPECIAL MEETING to be held on January 22, 2024 at 1:00PM<\/strong>, for the transaction of important business. The meeting will be held in the 2nd floor Courtroom of City Hall. The business to be acted upon at the Special Meeting is the consideration of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  5. Discuss the Safety Committee and impacts on Emergency Management Budget. (Shane Fortner\/Braxton Tullos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Discuss the City Employee Handbook and proposed rewrite. (Braxton Tullos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Discuss dumpsters in the Historic Urban Center. (Amberlyn Liles)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Discuss recommendations from the OPC Board regarding the renovation\/remodel of the current swimmingpool. (Mark Levy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Consider an executive session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
