Officers quickly responded and rendered aid to the injured pedestrian until EMS arrived. The victim was taken to <strong>Baptist Memorial Hospital North Mississippi<\/strong> but later flown to <strong>Regional One Medical Center<\/strong> in <strong>Memphis<\/strong>, <strong>Tennessee<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The victim is currently listed in serious but stable condition.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patrol officers found the vehicle and driver, <strong>Parker Wesley Nannie<\/strong>, 20, of <strong>Germantown<\/strong>, TN, a short time afterwards.
