After investigation, <strong>Christopher Bell<\/strong>, 26, of <strong>Oxford<\/strong>, <strong>Mississippi <\/strong>was arrested and charged with Motor Vehicle Theft.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bell was taken before a <strong>Lafayette County Justice Court<\/strong> judge for his initial bond hearing and issued a $15,000 bond.
