The messages continued to evolve into greater threats that included death threats towards the victim and their family. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The suspect was identified as <strong>John Douglas Railey IV<\/strong>, 24 years old of <strong>Panola, Mississippi<\/strong>. An arrest warrant was issued and served on Railey on June 30, 2023 for two counts of Cyberstalking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Railey was arrested and transported to the <strong>Lafayette County Detention Center<\/strong>. Railey appeared before a <strong>Justice Court Judge<\/strong> and set a $20,000.00 bond.
