With the passage of Senate Bill 2095<\/strong>, Mississippi<\/strong>\u2019s Medical Marijuana Program<\/strong> was streamlined, providing expanded medical marijuana care to patients. One of the significant provisions allows physicians to recommend medicine to patients if they believe that their patient\u2019s qualifying debilitating medical condition would benefit from medical marijuana or that it would alleviate the symptoms of a qualifying debilitating medical condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
