Large land owners and successful businesses are their legacies. And then there was their cotton gin and warehouse.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An Oxford aura was defined by <strong>The Hoka<\/strong> theater and cafe, to be housed on in the old cotton warehouse on the left here, and <strong>The Gin<\/strong> restaurant and bar lived in the old gin building straight ahead.
