In 1961, the <strong>Army Surplus<\/strong> store was a draw for every wanna-be soldier in the county. Many a father\u00a0took many a son for their first big-boy haircut\u00a0at <strong>Parks Barber Shop<\/strong> where <strong>Ernest Oliver<\/strong> can be seen manning &#8220;First Chair.&#8221; And above, working under a single hanging light bulb is none other than <strong>William Faulkner<\/strong>&#8216;s uncle, <strong>Judge J. W. T.
