{"id":122740,"date":"2022-09-15T15:56:57","date_gmt":"2022-09-15T20:56:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/?p=122740"},"modified":"2022-09-15T15:57:00","modified_gmt":"2022-09-15T20:57:00","slug":"lafayette-county-man-arrested-in-oxford-for-possession-of-weapon-by-a-felon-and-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/lafayette-county-man-arrested-in-oxford-for-possession-of-weapon-by-a-felon-and-more\/","title":{"rendered":"Lafayette County Man Arrested in Oxford for Possession of Weapon by a Felon and More"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On September 13, 2022, officers with the <strong>Oxford Police Department<\/strong> responded to the\u00a0parking lot of a business off of <strong>Highway 7<\/strong> in reference to a suspicious person. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After investigation,\u00a0<strong>Paul Golden<\/strong>, 45, of <strong>Lafayette County<\/strong>, <strong>Mississippi <\/strong>was charged with Possession of Weapon by a Felon along with two other misdemeanor charges. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Golden was taken before a <strong>Lafayette County Justice Court<\/strong> judge for his initial bond hearing and issued a $10,000 bond.
