{"id":122669,"date":"2022-09-13T10:40:31","date_gmt":"2022-09-13T15:40:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/?p=122669"},"modified":"2022-09-13T10:40:34","modified_gmt":"2022-09-13T15:40:34","slug":"okolona-man-arrested-in-oxford-for-sexual-assault","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/okolona-man-arrested-in-oxford-for-sexual-assault\/","title":{"rendered":"Okolona Man Arrested in Oxford for Sexual Assault"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On September 1, 2022, the <strong>Oxford Police Department<\/strong> responded to <strong>Baptist Memorial Hospital North Mississippi<\/strong> for a reported sexual assault. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the course of the investigation investigators learned that the suspect was <strong>Dvanta Heard<\/strong> (21 of <strong>Okolona, Mississippi<\/strong>) and a warrant for rape was issued for his arrest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Sunday, September 11th, Heard was arrested on the warrant and booked into the <strong>Lafayette County Detention Center<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heard was also served two unrelated warrants from the <strong>Union County Sheriff&#8217;s Department<\/strong>.
