Man Arrested in Lafayette County for Enticement of a Child to Meet for Sexual Purposes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On Thursday, June 30, 2022, <strong>Lafayette County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies<\/strong> located a suspicious vehicle, while on routine patrol, in the area of <strong>Highway 7 South<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputies checked on the vehicle, and after further investigation located a juvenile in the vehicle with an adult male, later identified as, <strong>Decarlos Carruth<\/strong>, 27 years old of <strong>Winona, Mississippi<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investigators were called to the scene and began investigating the suspicious activity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decarlos Carruth was ultimately arrested and charged with Enticement of a Child to meet for Sexual Purposes and Sexual Battery of a Minor, after the investigation of suspicious activity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carruth was transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center, and is being held on a $50,000.00 bond set by a Justice Court Judge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
