  3. Discuss Pegues Road extension and potential routes.<\/li>
  4. Discuss sites for South 18th Street Extended basketball courts.<\/li>
  5. Discuss downtown parking lot and consider proposal for design.<\/li>
  6. Discuss litter and options for immediate relief and request permission to advertise for proposals.<\/li>
  7. Discuss a proposed Fire Department training site.<\/li>
  8. Discuss the Conference Center and request permission to advertise for proposals for a feasibility study.<\/li>
  9. Consider a request to approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Task Order #7 with Waggoner Engineering, Inc.<\/li>
  10. Consider an executive session.<\/li>
