On Friday, January 14, 2022, the Lafayette County Sheriff\u2019s Department<\/strong> took a report of catalytic convertors being stolen on County Road 244<\/strong>.\u00a0 After investigating the incident the Sheriff\u2019s Department discovered the suspects were caught on game cameras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After identifying the suspects and with the help of assisting agencies Marshall County Sheriff\u2019s Department<\/strong> conducted a traffic stop and arrested 44-year-old Kevin Staggs<\/strong> of Hickory Flat, Mississippi<\/strong> and 31-year-old Hannah Shaw<\/strong> of Waterford. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kevin and Hannah were both transported back to the Lafayette County Detention Center<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kevin Staggs is charged with Grand Larceny and Hannah Shaw is charged with Conspiracy to commit a crime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kevin was given A 5,000 dollar bond and is currently being held at the Lafayette County Detention Center. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hannah Shaw was given a 2,500 dollar bond and is also currently being held at the Lafayette County Detention Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
