Poison<\/strong>\u00a0singer\u00a0Bret Michaels<\/strong>\u00a0has surprised\u00a0Heisman Trophy<\/strong>\u00a0candidate\u00a0Matt Corral<\/strong>‘s parents and offering a flight on his plane, so they don’t miss what could be their son’s final home game at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium<\/strong> on Saturday night, November 20, 2021.\u00a0Corral<\/strong>‘s parents,\u00a0Liz<\/strong>\u00a0and former U.S. Marine\u00a0Peter Corral<\/strong>, will arrive in Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong> via\u00a0Michaels<\/strong>‘s plane to see Ole Miss<\/strong> hosts Vanderbilt <\/strong>at 6:30 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I wanted to surprise the Corrals<\/strong>, as they are great family friends,” said Michaels<\/strong>, who continues his solo “Nothing But A Good Vibe”<\/strong> tour and prepares for the upcoming stadium tour. “Knowing the chaos of holiday air travel, I wanted to ensure that Liz<\/strong> and Peter<\/strong> could make it to what may be their son’s last home game at Ole Miss. So, I was excited to offer this gesture to two incredible parents who we are honored to call good friends.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two-time Humanitarian Of The Year honoree and son of a veteran, Michaels<\/strong> continues to honor veterans like Corral<\/strong>‘s father and others who have served long after the celebration of Veteran’s Day. In addition to providing his personal plane, Michaels<\/strong> continues to support veterans through a personal donation matching the Pittsburgh Steelers<\/strong>‘ contribution to Bret<\/strong>‘s father’s VFW in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michaels<\/strong>, a sports fanatic, recently rocked Heinz Field<\/strong> on\u00a0ESPN<\/strong>‘s\u00a0“Monday Night Football”<\/strong>\u00a0with four-time\u00a0Super Bowl<\/strong>\u00a0champion\u00a0Rocky Bleier<\/strong>\u00a0and army veteran\u00a0Nelson Lowes<\/strong>. A longtime supporter of the U.S. military,\u00a0Michaels<\/strong>\u00a0has never made it about politics or policy but rather about pulling together community and celebrating freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
