Voted Oxford’s best wine tasting event, Three Blind Wines is a great option for date night or girl’s night out.

To participate, guests must first find a partner and purchase three bottles of the same wine (red, white, rosé—all wines are suitable for the competition). If participants purchase from participating liquor stores (Social Wine & Whiskey, Star Package Store, Kiamie Package Store, High Cotton, or Magnolia Wine & Spirits), they may leave their choices at the store, and the YAC team will pick them up for the event. If you purchase your wine from another liquor store, you will need to drop the bottles off at The Powerhouse before noon on the day of the event.

Not confident in your palate? Consider purchasing a Sommelier Ticket. A sommelier will then select the bottles of wine for you, and you won’t even need to make a trip to the liquor store. Your selections will be at YAC when you arrive for the tasting.

On the evening of October 5, each team will set out two bottles of their chosen wine, with the labels covered, for tasting.
