Classes begin at 6 pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no registration or fees associated with this class.  All you have to do is show up in gym type clothing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PERSONAL SAFETY OBJECTIVES:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TO EDUCATE ADULTS AND TEENS IN THE FOLLOWING:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The facts concerning assault, rape\/sexual assault and stalking as well as what options they have if they or someone they know become a victim;<\/li><li>How to recognize violent attitudes and dangerous situations:<\/li><li>How to avoid being the target of an attacker.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESIDENTIAL SECURITY OBJECTIVES:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The facts concerning property crime in general;<\/li><li>The facts concerning burglary and home invasion:<\/li><li>How to recognize and reduce the risk of being victimized by burglary and home invasion.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EQUALIZER PHYSICAL SELF-DEFENSE OBJECTIVES:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Objectively reasonable use of force, the effects and mitigation of survival stress;<\/li><li>Defending against common grab, hold and strikes while standing;<\/li><li>Defending against common grab, hold and strikes when the struggle is on the ground;<\/li><li>Defending against a knife or other sharp instrument attacks;<\/li><li>Improving their confidence in their ability to defend themselves against an attack.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All you have to do is show up in gym type clothing. There is no registration fees for the classes.
