Officers found <strong>Orlando Ramsey<\/strong>, 43, of <strong>Oxford<\/strong>, <strong>Mississippi <\/strong>to be \u00a0in possession of a firearm. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ramsey was arrested and charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
