This service is provided to the community and is open to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Pfizer vaccine requires two doses. The second dose will be administered on Wednesday, October 6th. Minors who are\u00a012 years and older\u00a0qualify to get the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.\u00a0Minors cannot receive vaccines without parental consent (form below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photo identification is required.
