In-person readings at <strong>Square Books<\/strong> have been particularly missed, and on <strong>Monday, July 12<\/strong> at <strong>6 pm<\/strong>, the <strong>Old Armory Pavilion<\/strong> will host a celebration of the release of <strong>Ace Atkins<\/strong>\u2019s latest installment in the Quinn Colson series, <strong><em>The Heathens<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per Square Books tradition, he\u2019ll be joined in conversation by <strong>Jack Pendarvis<\/strong>, and, to make it a real party, there will be live music by <strong>Tate Moore<\/strong>, hot catfish from <strong>Taylor Grocery Special Events Catering<\/strong>, and craft cocktails by <strong>The Hospitality Bruhs<\/strong>. Pretty much everything you need to enjoy an evening of literature, food, and music will be provided, but please <strong>BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair). He is the author of nine New York Times-bestselling novels in the continuation of Robert B. Parker\u2019s Spenser series. A former columnist for both the <em>Oxford American<\/em> and the <em>Believer<\/em>, he is a writer and story editor for the Peabody Award\u2013winning television show <strong><em>Adventure Time<\/em><\/strong>. So when juvenile delinquent TJ Byrd insists that she doesn\u2019t know who killed her mother\u2014an unreliable addict who has disappeared\u2014Quinn\u2019s inclined to believe her.
