Analog Sea<\/strong>, an “offline” independent publisher based in Austin, Texas, is delighted to announce the release of the third edition of its award-winning literary\u00a0 journal, The Analog Sea Review<\/strong><\/em>, a print-only hardback edition which features poetry, essays, interviews, short fiction,\u00a0 and artwork.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current issue dives into topics of depth psychology, solitude, creative community, filmmaking, Glenn Gould<\/strong>, and\u00a0the idea of North. It includes writing by May Sarton<\/strong>, Robert\u00a0 Macfarlane<\/strong>, Sophy Roberts<\/strong>, Barry Lopez<\/strong>, P. K. Page<\/strong>, Rainer\u00a0Maria Rilke<\/strong>, Stefan Zweig<\/strong>, Virginia Woolf<\/strong>, and C. G. Jung<\/strong>,\u00a0among many others, as well as exclusive interviews with\u00a0German filmmaker Wim Wenders<\/strong> and depth psychologist\u00a0Wolfgang Giegerich<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analog Sea is an American non-profit press with a mandate to\u00a0support the printed word and local literary culture, including\u00a0bookshops and libraries, as well as championing fair compensation for writers and artists and interrogating the effects of\u00a0the digital revolution on the arts and letters.\u00a0Based out of Austin, Texas, and Freiburg, Germany, Analog\u00a0 Sea was founded in 2018 by writer and editor Jonathan Simons<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
