On Monday, December 14, 2020, the Oxford Police Department<\/strong> arrested Brooke Anne Austin<\/strong> (20 of Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong>) and Brodrick Alexander Rogers<\/strong> (25 of Oxford).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Child Protective Services<\/strong> worker notified an OPD investigator that the couple\u2019s children showed signs of  abuse. A joint investigation ensued between OPD and CPS resulting in the arrests.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Austin and Rogers were both charged with Felony Child Abuse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Austin and Rogers were each given a $20,000 bond by a Lafayette County Justice Court judge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
