An update regarding the case involving a homicide in the 400 block of Olive Branch Way<\/strong> in Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong>. On\u00a0Wednesday, December 9, 2020, Maurice Dates<\/strong>, (22 of Charleston<\/strong>, Mississippi), turned himself into the Oxford Police\u00a0Department<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dates has been charged with Capital Murder, Armed Robbery, and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery. He\u00a0was denied bond by a Lafayette County Justice Court judge.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Oxford Police Department also has an active arrest warrant for Caryale Dogan<\/strong>, (29 of Charleston), for\u00a0 involvement in this case. If anybody has information about his location, please contact the Oxford Police\u00a0 Department.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
