An officer was able to get behind the vehicle and perform a\u00a0 traffic stop.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The subject was identified as <strong>James Jones<\/strong>, (22 of <strong>Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong>).
