Oxford, Mississippi Man Arrested for 4th DUI<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n\n\n<\/p>\n

On December 15, 2018, an officer with the Oxford Police Department<\/strong> clocked a vehicle with his radar speeding going south on Hwy 7. The officer turned around and attempted to catch up with the vehicle but noticed that it was now in a ditch.<\/p>\n

The driver was identified as Martin Simmons<\/strong> (28 of Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong>). A DUI investigation was conducted and a blood warrant was issued.<\/p>\n

On December 3, 2018 officers with the Oxford Police Department were called to a residence for a report of a possible home invasion.
