Tupelo Farmer’s Depot Hosts Garden Mama Nellie Neal and Kermit’s Outlaw Kitchen Executive Chef Cooper Miller on Saturday, June 24

WHO: Garden Mama, Nellie Neal, and Kermit’s Outlaw Kitchen’s Executive Chef, Cooper Miller

WHAT: Garden Mama is a radio personality for SuperTalk Mississippi. She will be doing a live remote from 8-10 a.m. Cooper Miller is KOK’s new Executive Chef. He will be doing a cooking demonstration from 8-9 a.m.

WHERE: The Farmers’ Depot, 415 S Spring Street, Tupelo, Mississippi

WHEN: Saturday, June 24, 2017

DETAILS: The Farmers’ Depot is open from 6 am to noon, or through sellout, but please notice that Neal and Miller will not be there but for a short time.

Garden Mama is designed for people who want their yards to look great but don’t have a lot of time or money to spend on them. Nellie focuses on the lighter side of gardening and gives you down-to-earth advice about gardening basics such as soil, watering and trees, and she troubleshoots such common gardening difficulties as poor light and pests.

Cooper Miller was born and raised in Amory. He attended LeCordon Bleu in Atlanta and spent ten years working with James Beard Award winners, Top Chef finalists and Iron Chef winners. He has now returned home to be closer to family and take over cooking at Kermit’s Outlaw Kitchen. He lives with his wife, Lauren, and their daughter, Harlow.
