Saturday, May 6: The Oxford Pride Parade will begin and end at the University Depot parking lot. All are welcome to march with the parade or line the route in support. Parade participants will meet at 12:30 pm, and the parade will start at 2pm.

Go-Divas Extravaganza at The Lyric Theater featuring The Drag Stars Of Orlando’s Pulse Nightclub: Angelica Sanchez, Axel Andrews, Kai’ja Adonis, and MrMs Adrien. 8:30 pm

The Kentucky Derby race coverage begins at 1:30 p.m. CT. Post time for the race is 5:34 p.m. CT. Get a seat at your favorite local bar and watch the race with friends!

About the Author

Newt Rayburn founded THE LOCAL VOICE in 2006. Previously, Newt was Editor of PROFANE EXISTENCE in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Art Director for Ole Miss' LIVING BLUES magazine.
