The following notices provide the Staff Community with a policy interpretation, guidance and updates on collective agreements, classification, compensation and labour relations, as well as the guidelines of the Joint National Council (JNC). 19. A doctor`s medical certificate may be accepted by the employer. With respect to changes in the certification and provision of health care, this appears to be the case in practice. So far, however, there is no case law requiring an employer. B to accept a chiropractor product without the language of use in the collective agreement. When this decision comes into force, CADRE employees will be covered by the collective agreement and will be considered part of the EC`s bargaining unit. In the meantime, current RCMP conditions continue to apply to SES members. However, these members may benefit from a number of CAPE benefits, including assistance in filing complaints and representation in discussions with the Ministry of Finance secretariat. Or depending on the nature of the illness or the state of health at the time of discharge, the application may be covered by the sick leave plan.
