Pontotoc, Mississippi Man Arrested in Oxford for Aggravated Stalking

On May 24th, 2023, the Oxford Police Department took a report of a threat. Officers with OPD were able to intercept the vehicle of the suspect on West Jackson Avenue and conduct a traffic stop on it. After investigation, Clinton Chilcutt, 46, of Pontotoc, Mississippi was arrested and charged with Aggravated Stalking.

Chilcutt was taken before a Lafayette County Justice Court judge for his initial bond hearing and issued a $40,000 bond.
