  6. Consider the consent agenda:
    1. Request permission for an Alderman to attend the MML Mid-Winter Legislative Conference in Jackson, MS on January 14-16, 2020 at an estimated cost of $853.00. (Ashley Atkinson)
    2. Request approval of water and/or sewer adjustments in accordance with the Oxford Utilities Leak Adjustment Policy. (Rob Neely)
    3. Request permission for the engineer to attend the TVPPA Engineering and Operations planning meeting on January 28, 2020 in Chattanooga, TN at an estimated cost of $211.00. (Rob Neely)
    4. Request permission for Skylar Olliverre to intern with OPD for the 2020 Spring Semester. (Jeff McCutchen)
    5. Request permission for two dispatchers to attend the Basic Dispatcher Class on January 20-24, 2020 in Oxford, MS at an estimated cost of $790.00. (Jeff McCutchen)

  27. Request permission to retain Williams Engineering to stake a trail location for Woodlawn Davis Park at a cost not to exceed $2,400.00.
