Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department Arrest Man for Touching of a Child for Lustful Purpose

On Friday, October 29, 2021, the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department took arrested and charged Evan Scott Swain with Molestation (Touching of a Child for Lustful Purposes and Sexual Battery).

Mr. Swain has been given a bond of 75,000 dollars by Lafayette County Justice Court Judge.

Due to circumstances surrounding the case we are not releasing certain information at this time.
