Sophomore Drew Bianco scored two TDs and rushed 139 yards.

Aug. 28 @ STARKVILLE L 20-7

Inhibited by Yellow Jackets’ fierce defense, Oxford takes a loss at this year’s little Egg Bowl.

Sept. 4 MADISON CENTRAL L 31-29

The Chargers were neck and neck with the Jaguars all the way to the last minute of the game, but ultimately failed to pull out a win.

Sept. 11 @ LAFAYETTE W 31-21

Oxford regained momentum with the leadership of

Senior QB Jack Abraham who went 20-34 for 225

yards, scoring three TDs.

Sept. 25 WEST POINT W 50-28

Ole Miss commit D.K. Metcalf had four catches and two TDs

Oct. 9 LEWISBURG (HC) W 56-21

Sophomore RB Josh Patton had his best game of the season, racking up 114 yards on 12 carries.

Oct. 16 @ NEW HOPE W 46-12

Chargers QB Jack Abraham threw his hundredth touchdown for the Chargers in a blowout victory, although Chargers held back from total dominance by accruing many fouls.

Oct. 23 CLARKSDALE W 53-13

The Chargers continue a six-game winning streak to secure their spot in the post-season.

Oct. 30 @ CENTER HILL W 54-30

QB Jack Abraham surpassed the 10,000 yard mark in his career, and the Chargers left Center Hill with the Division 1-5A title.

Nov. 6 LAKE CORMORANT W 56-26

Ole Miss commit D.K. Metcalf made two one-handed catches, scoring touchdowns both times, and helping the Chargers enjoy their eighth straight win.

Nov. 13 VICKSBURG (First Round) W 35-21

Oxford withstands early offensive lead from Vicksburg to rally together with a team effort and come back hard with their defense in the second half.

Tyrell Price scored three TD in the first half and Lafayette brings home a win.

Aug. 28 CLAYTON W 55-14

Tay Tay Owens’s 92-yard return on the kick off was one of many TDs for the Commodores in this shutout.

Sept.4 GRENADA W 20-14

Grenada’s defense was no match for senior running back Tyrell Price who went for 272 yards on 36 carries.

Sept. 11 OXFORD L 31-21

The Commodores take their first loss in this year’s Crosstown Classic.

Sept. 18 LOUISVILLE W 27-10

Commodores defense kept the Tigers off the scoreboard for three quarters

Tyrell Price had his fifth 100-yard game in a row

Oct. 2 RIPLEY W 45-14

The four TDs from Price alone doubled the Tiger’s side of the scoreboard.

Oct. 9 @ Rosa Fort W 30-7

The view from the top is spectacular for top-ranked Commodores after they served this ugly loss to the next best 4A team

Oct. 16 NEW ALBANY W 49-14

The first 6 TDs, 3 rushed by Price and 3 by Jamarcus Quarles, were on the board before the Bulldogs scored.

Oct. 23 @ Senatobia L 20-19

After a fourth quarter TD for the Warriors, the ‘Dores left Senatobia with their second loss of the season.

Oct. 30 BYHALIA W 50-8

The Commodores were up 42-0 by halftime, with each touchdown coming from a different player, proving that the whole team was ready for playoff season.

Nov. 6 INDIANOLA-GENTRY W 48-7

The Rams ended their season here with the Commodores, who, despite the rain, played at the top of their game Friday.

Nov. 13 NUXOBEE COUNTY L 20-13

The ‘Dores played a strong, highly defensive back-and-forth game against Nuxobee County’s Tigers, but a last minute pass to Nuxobee’s Kymbotric Mason with a tied score board edged Lafayette out of the second round of the 4A playoffs.
