  1. Call to order.
  2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting.
  3. Mayor’s Report.
  4. Authorize approval of minutes of the special meeting on December 18, 2012.
  5. Authorize approval of accounts for all city departments.
  6. Request approval for Building Official to attend training course on 2012 Building Codes in Tunica, MS on January 16-18, 2013 with a cost of $259.00. (Randy Barber)
  7. Request permission for two firemen to travel to Ocala, FL on January 14-16, 2013 for final inspection of new engine at no cost to the City. (Cary Sallis)
  8. Request permission for two inspectors to attend a Sprinkler System Inspection and Testing class in Atlanta, GA on February 18-22, 2013 with a cost of $2,432.00. (Cary Sallis)
  9. Authorize approval of A-1 Taxi Company. (Mike Martin)
  10. Authorize advertisement for part-time laborer in the Sanitation Department. (Al Hope)
  11. Authorize employment of a flat bed truck driver in the Sanitation Department. (Al Hope)
  12. Consider executive session.
