   3. Request permission for one officer to attend the MS Chief’s Summer Conference on June 25-29, 2018 in Biloxi, MS at an estimated cost of $797.00 plus per diem. (Joey East)
   4. Request permission for one officer to attend Background Investigations training on April 26-27, 2018 in Ridgeland, MS at an estimated cost of $593.00 plus per diem. (Joey East)
