Capacity Service Agreement

Nadia Ranaldo obtained her PhD in Computer Science in 2005 at the University of Sannio, Benevento, Italy. She is a scientist in the Department of Engineering at the University of Sannio. His research priorities include distributed systems frameworks, parallel computing, wireless networks and sensors, resource management and capacity planning, networking and cloud computing. 7.1 Exemption by Capacity. Subject to this Agreement, Capacity will defend Subscriber at Capacity`s expense from and against any claims, claims, actions or proceedings brought or brought by any third party against Subscriber (“Claims”) that allege that the use of the Services (or the underlying technology used therein), as provided therein, directly misappreas or infringes a U.S. patent, a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of a third party. In addition, Capacity exempts subscribers from all losses, expenses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys` fees) that have been definitively assigned to the subscriber by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction or agreed to in a written settlement agreement signed by Capacity in connection with such claims. Capacity may generate and maintain information about the duration and frequency of users` use of the Services and collect and maintain user account information (“Usage Data” set) that Capacity may use to determine subscriber fees; to improve, test and provide the Services; and to provide services greater than the scope of the subscriber`s existing service order(s). .

The notification clause shall set out how all notifications are made under this Agreement. Eugenio Zimeo graduated as an M.S.
