Abbeville, Mississippi Man Arrested for Commercial Burglary at Oxford Public Library

On Thursday, August 1, 2019, officers with the Oxford Police Department took a report from the Oxford Public Library that they had money missing from a safe.

After watching surveillance footage, investigators identified the suspect as Joshua Flemons (28 of Abbeville, Mississippi).

The following day he was arrested and transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked for commercial burglary. He was given a bond of $5,000 by a Justice Court Judge.
