Your tailgating and catering headquarters! A BBQ lover’s paradise, The Rib Cage offers a great selection of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and dinner plates in a casual, family-friendly atmosphere. The pulled pork sandwiches are served BIG and dripping with tangy sauce and sweet coleslaw. The Cheese Plate featuring crisp pickles, cheese, and smoked kielbasa is sure to please everyone at the table and the kid’s menu offers all kinds of favorites—grilled cheese, hot dogs, and even a “Baby-Q” sandwich for the youngest of BBQ aficionados. The Rib Cage serves Memphis-style baby back dry ribs, slow cooked and dusted with the house blend of ten herbs and spices and has a great bar downstairs with occasional live music.

These are the so-called “
Memphis
Style Baby Back Dry Ribs.” The are the very best we can buy and are slow cooked (3.5-4 hours) to perfection then lightly covered in the Rib Cage “Dust”—our unique blend of ten spices. They can also be served coated with Rib Cage bar-b-que sauce, made right here. All rib orders are measured by weight and not by number of bones.
