Local Athletics
Carver Rayburn was born and raised in Oxford, Mississippi. He has been editor of Southeastern Football Saturdays magazine, as well as Rebel Yell magazine. Carver writes the "Critically Speaking" sports column in each issue in The Local Voice.
Steven Godfrey is an Ole Miss Alumnus and a former sports writer and Editor for Rebel Yell magazine, The Daily Mississippian, The New Albany Gazette, and The Hattiesburg American. He currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee where he works as a publicist in the wrestling industry. Steven is writing a sports column for The Local Voice called "The Godfrey Show."
